Marwar Festival : Jodhpur Marwar Festival is one of the most celebrated festivals in Jodhpur. It is held every year in memory of the heroes of Rajasthan. The festival was originally known as the Maand Festival. Marwar festival falls between the months of September-October and celebrated during the full moon of ‘Sharad Poornima’. It goes on for two days.

Nagaur Fair : Nagaur Fair also known as the Cattle fair of Nagaur is the second biggest fair in India. The festival is held every year during the month of Jan-Feb and goes on for eight days.

Nagaur Fair is popular for animal trading. Approximately 70,000 bullocks, camels and horses are traded every year in this fair. The animals to be traded are decorated lavishy and their owners also dress up in colorful turbans and long moustaches. Other items traded in the Nagaur Fair in Jodhpur, India consist of spices, wooden items, iron-crafts and camel leather accessories.etc

Jodhpur International Desert Kite Festival : The few years old, International kite festival of Jodhpur is quite a popular and exciting affair in Jodhpur. The best kite flyers from India as well as rest of the world participate in this festival. The aim of participation in the Kite festival is to show off ones kite flying skills. The festival involves loads of fun, excitement and thrill.

International Kite Festival generally falls on 14th January (Makar Sankranti) every year. It goes on for three-days and held at the Polo Ground in Jodhpur.
